1. Digital Products (Boilerplates & UI Kits)
AkbarTech LLC provides premium downloadable software code. Due to the irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we offer a strict 14-day money-back guarantee ONLY if the software is proven to be fundamentally defective or non-functional as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Buyers remorse or lack of technical knowledge does not qualify for a refund.
2. SaaS Subscription Cancellations
AI security membership plans are billed automatically on a recurring monthly cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for mid-cycle cancellations.
3. Disputes & Revisions
We strive to maintain a high standard for our digital products. If you encounter a bug or defect in any of our boilerplates or SaaS tools, please submit a bug report to support@akbartech.net. We provide free patch updates for all active license holders.
