1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing the digital products of AkbarTech LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered Missouri Limited Liability Company (LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or utilize our deliverables. AkbarTech LLC is registered at 1200 Lake Saint Louis Blvd, Unit 580, Lake Saint Louis, MO 63367, United States, and operates an international office at No 27/F, Attidiya Road, Dehiwala, Sri Lanka. AkbarTech LLC is purely a software product provider and is not licensed or operating as a bank, financial institution, or money services business (MSB).

2. Scope of Services

We provide premium digital products, UI kits, SaaS boilerplates, and an AI security scanning subscription. By purchasing or subscribing to any of our products, you agree to these terms. We do not guarantee outcomes for third-party tools or external API limits when using our source code templates.

3. Payment Terms & Subscriptions

Payments for one-time digital products (boilerplates, templates) are processed securely via our Merchant of Record. SaaS subscriptions (like the AI Security Membership) are billed on a recurring monthly basis. We accept secure payments via credit card and Apple/Google Pay. All fees are in US Dollars unless specified otherwise.

Failed recurring payments may result in the immediate suspension of your AI security scanning services until the balance is resolved.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon purchasing a one-time digital download (such as our Next.js Boilerplate or UI Kit), AkbarTech LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the source code for your own commercial or personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, or openly publish the raw source code. AkbarTech LLC retains all underlying copyright to the original templates.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AkbarTech LLC, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our software services.

7. Digital Services Delivery Policy

All software templates, boilerplates, UI kits, and SaaS products provided by AkbarTech LLC are digital in nature. Delivery of source code is fulfilled instantly upon payment via automated digital download links or secure repository access. SaaS subscription services are activated immediately upon successful billing.
